Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Train Access Control in Denver, CO to safeguard clients across government and transit locations. You will monitor access, perform patrols, and respond to incidents with a customer-service focus while maintaining professional communication with staff and riders.

The role is full-time with early-morning shifts. Required: security experience and a high school diploma; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen are required.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of transit facilities and surrounding perimeters.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized entry or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with emergency services.
• Complete reports and logs with accurate incident documentation.
