Job summary

Valcor Security is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to staff the front desk of a high-end property in Los Angeles. You will greet residents, guests and vendors, screen access, log deliveries, and maintain security observations with discretion.

Requires active California BSIS Guard Card, at least 1 year in concierge/hospitality, a sharp professional appearance in a black suit, and excellent English. You will work a late-night schedule from 9 PM to 5:30 AM or 5 PM to 1:30 AM on a part-time,

• At least 1 year of concierge, hotel front desk, hospitality or luxury residential experience
• A complete black suit in professional condition
• Polished appearance, calm under pressure, excellent English
• Reliable transportation and on-time attendance

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests and vendors, and run the front desk
• Screen visitors and control access by the property's rules
• Log packages, deliveries and visitors in the building systems
• Coordinate with property management with discretion
• Observe and report security, safety and maintenance concerns
• Write clear shift logs and incident reports in our Belfry app

About the Position

We are hiring a Concierge Security Officer for the front desk of a high-end property: five-star service with a security officer's eye.

Schedule

This position requires someone who can work 9 PM to 5:30 AM and 5 PM to 1:30 AM.

You must be able to commit to this schedule consistently. Candidates who cannot work late-night shifts, including Sunday nights, should not apply.

What you will do

• Greet residents, guests and vendors, and run the front desk
• Screen visitors and control access by the property's rules
• Log packages, deliveries and visitors in the building systems
• Coordinate with property management with discretion
• Observe and report security, safety and maintenance concerns
• Write clear shift logs and incident reports in our Belfry app

What you need
