Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused business location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, report concerns or suspicious activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document observations with incident reports.
• Maintain a professional presence and communicate clearly with site contacts and leadership.
