Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations using calm, professional problem-solving.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity per site procedures; report unusual conditions.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain logs related to patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities.
