Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring an Unarmed Patrol Driver in Columbus, IN to protect clients across manufacturing and industrial sites. You will perform routine patrols, monitor access, respond to incidents, and provide customer service while adhering to site procedures.

A valid driver’s license is required and full-time schedule with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
• Background check and drug screen as per policy.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, and perimeters to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials to control entry and exit for people and vehicles.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and medical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify responders as required.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations and communicate them to leadership.
