Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, escalating information through established channels.
Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity per site procedures, reporting unusual conditions or policy violations.
Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain logs related to patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities.
