Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Route Inspection in Milpitas, CA. You will serve clients, conduct patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to deter security incidents.

Role is full time with day and night shifts; requires a valid driver’s license, at least 1 year of security experience, and ability to pass a background check and drug screen. CPR/First Aid preferred and access-control experience valued.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required per policy.
• Licensing requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, access points and perimeter.
• Monitor access and verify visitor/contractor authorization as directed by procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and promptly per procedures.
• Report incidents, maintenance concerns and policy violations to site leadership.
