Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted as required by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activities, reporting concerns per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate personnel and emergency services as needed.
• Document observations and patrol activity in accordance with company and site reporting requirements.
