Job summary

Allied Universal in Levittown, PA is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol to protect a major retail site. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, assist customers and staff, and communicate observations professionally.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols at the retail location to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual conditions, reporting concerns as needed.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate personnel and emergency services.
• Document observations and patrol activity according to reporting requirements.
