Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol Response in Levittown, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic retail location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist customers and staff, and communicate observations with professionalism. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 12:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Tue: 12:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Wed: 12:00 PM - 11:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual conditions, reporting concerns according to site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency services as needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
