Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, hazards, and critical situations per site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points and document visitor, vehicle, and delivery activity.
• Observe conditions and report hazards or policy violations to supervision.
