Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required in the state of employment.
• At least 1 year law enforcement OR 2 years security supervisor/manager OR 3 years security experience.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and drivers while enforcing site policies.
• Control access to the facility by verifying IDs, credentials, and approvals.
• Monitor entry/exit points and maintain access-control records.
• Respond calmly to alarms and incidents and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the site and deter unauthorized activity.
