Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Reporting in Nashville, TN. You will monitor clients in a range of industries, conduct regular patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted as required by law.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business location, perimeter, parking areas, and access points to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations in clear and accurate reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
