Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol in Nashville, TN. You will conduct unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence, support access control, and deliver excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors at a dynamic educational location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors and guests while following security procedures and campus policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and in accordance with site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, residence areas, parking facilities, walkways and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and direct visitors, reporting access-control concerns as needed.
• Document incidents and daily activities accurately and share information with supervision.
