Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, invites you to join our Greendale, WI team as a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driving. You will drive to sites, monitor areas, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors.

Position type: Full Time. Pay rate: $18.21 per hour. Must have a valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving history. Schedule includes evenings and weekends, with daily shifts listed.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background checks required by law.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driving in Greendale, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist visitors with exceptional customer service. Job Schedule:

• Mon 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM


• Tue 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM


• Fri 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM


• Sat 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM


• Sun 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.


• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, parking areas, exterior perimeters, and other assigned locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.


• Monitor access points, observe activity within the property, and report suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.


• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
