Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will conduct patrols, deter incidents, respond to alarms, and provide outstanding customer service at a commercial real estate site. A valid driver's license and at least one year of security experience are required.

This full-time position offers daytime/evening shifts, competitive pay at $19.50 per hour, and opportunities for growth within a nationwide security leader.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving history is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and document security-related activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the site, including interiors, parking areas, and perimeter spaces.
• Report property concerns and incidents with accurate daily activity documentation.
