Job summary

Allied Universal in Columbus, IN is seeking a dedicated Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver. You will provide security, perform unarmed patrols in production areas, warehouses, and parking lots, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, responding to alarms, completing incident reports, and adhering to site policies.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify entry, and report unusual activity or hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications as required.
