Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Part Time Patrol in New Castle, DE. You will monitor assigned areas, deter incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may vary by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and document unusual conditions or incidents.
• Maintain daily activity reports and relay information to supervisors.
