Job summary

Allied Universal—New Castle, DE is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Access Patrol. You will monitor & patrol client sites, deter incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service. Position is full-time with a pay rate of $21.00 per hour and a schedule featuring evening shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter.
