Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Access Support Patrol in New Castle, DE. You will monitor and protect client sites, deter incidents, support access control, and provide excellent customer service while documenting observations on a tablet or computer.

Minimum requirements include at least 2 years of security experience, HS diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening where permitted.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• avor guard card or license where applicable.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and efficiently.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
