Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Operations in Lewes, DE to monitor and deter incidents at a government location. You will interact professionally with employees and visitors and report observations to supervision, while maintaining a welcoming, secure environment.

The role supports a flexible part-time schedule with day/evening shifts and a pay rate of $17.34 per hour.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation as required by law.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and public at government location.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms following established protocols.
• Carry out regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access.
• Prepare daily activity reports and shift logs for supervision and site representatives.
