Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is seeking Mobile Patrol Security Officers to deliver exceptional service while patrolling facilities and safeguarding assets. You will conduct patrols on foot and by vehicle, manage access control, and respond to incidents.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, accurate reporting, and adherence to safety protocols. Requirements include a high school diploma, background check, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Training and ongoing development are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty.
• Conduct general patrols on foot and in a vehicle to detect security violations.
• Control access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and patrol to guard against theft and maintain safety.
• Maintain accurate logs of people or property, including packages.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies and document them for Titan Security management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

of Mobile Patrol Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Conduct general patrols on foot and within a vehicle to check for security violations like unsafe conditions or unauthorized persons
• Control access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

of Mobile Patrol Security Officers:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a Valid Driver's License
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 75 lbs, completing foot patrols, sitting, standing, walking, driving for a significant period of time, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications

of Mobile Patrol Security Officers:

• 1 year experience as a security officer or in a customer service, retail, hotel or restaurant position
• Bi-lingual considered a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
