Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Patrol in Bristol, IN. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide exceptional customer service while following site policies and responding to incidents.

The position is full-time with a pay rate of $17.75 per hour. Duties include monitoring access points, reporting events, and upholding safety and professionalism across technology, media, and telecom

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrols to identify hazards and security concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity in accordance with site access-control procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document activities.
• Prepare clear reports regarding patrols, incidents, observations, and concerns for leadership and site contacts.
