Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check conducted per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location per site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns with calm, problem-solving approach and document observations.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common spaces, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry/exit activity, verify visitor/contractor access per site requirements, and provide directions as needed.
• Complete reports and maintain activity logs, communicating with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
