Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology location.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of interiors, exterior areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access and verify credentials; maintain visitor and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and coordinate with site contacts and responders.
• Support a professional environment by reporting maintenance or facility concerns.
