Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Part Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver) in Torrance, CA. You will protect clients across logistics and distribution sites, maintain a visible presence, and respond to security concerns while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and activity in accordance with site policies to deter unauthorized entry.
• Document observations and incidents accurately and communicate information to site contacts and leadership.
