Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and employees per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols across the retail property.
• Observe and report unusual activity and security concerns per site procedures.
• Assist with access control and visitor directions while maintaining a professional presence.
