Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed HOA Patrol Driver in Ladera Ranch, CA. You will patrol residential areas by vehicle and on foot, maintain a visible presence, and assist residents and visitors with professional service.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a willingness to work late evenings, and the ability to follow community policies. Training and growth opportunities are offered as part of a supportive, safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Access badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted according to laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply state-wide or locally.
• Driver’s license required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors per community policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular vehicle and foot patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting observations according to site procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
