Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a full-time unarmed HOA patrol driver based in Ladera Ranch, CA. You will perform patrols, assist residents, monitor access points, and maintain a visible security presence.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license, high school diploma, and the ability to pass background checks and a drug screen. Schedule evenings and weekends with a pay rate of $21.63 per hour.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed HOA Patrol Driver in Ladera Ranch, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a residential community, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and assist residents and visitors with professional service. Position Type: Full Time / Late Evening Shift

Pay Rate: $21.63 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 05:30 PM - 02:00 AM
• Fri: 05:30 PM - 02:00 AM
• Sat: 05:30 PM - 02:00 AM
• Sun: 05:30 PM - 02:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random vehicle and foot patrols throughout residential common areas, streets, amenities, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the community, reporting unusual conditions and policy violations according to site-specific procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
