Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exteriors, parking areas, entry points and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report unauthorized access attempts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Prepare accurate activity reports and shift handoffs per site requirements.
