  • Work with sites to confirm visit activity and accuracy of remittance details.
  • Enter charges into CTMS or related systems when needed.
  • Apply receivables to Cash Receipts Log across lines of business.
  • Post transactional cash entries into proprietary systems as per remittance details.
  • Investigate discrepancies and resolve unidentified cash with clear communication.

Through clinical excellence and cutting-edge research, SCRI is redefining cancer care around the world.Our Unapplied Cash Analyst position is responsible for all cash application functions within the finance department including reviewing and reconciling unapplied cash and will support general areas of operations as well as provide administrative and organizational support.This is a remote position within the US; relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.Job Description includes and is not limited to:Review and reconcile unapplied cashWork closely with sites to confirm visit activityEnter charges into the clinical trial management system (CTMS) if/when neededApplication of receivables to Cash Receipts Log for all lines of businessTransactional line-item cash posting into proprietary systems based on remittance detail provided by pharmaceutical companiesEnsure accuracy of cash postings by contacting pharmaceutical companies to verify payment remittance detailsReview, interpret and discuss remittances from payers for data accuracyQualifications for success include:High School Diploma obtained, Associate's Degree highly preferred1+ year work experience with basic financial operations including: debits/credits, reconciliation, invoice structures and payment lifecyclesIntermediate to advanced MS Excel skillsUnderstanding of how payments flow, how to match payments to invoices, and how unapplied cash affects financials.Additional qualifications include ability to investigate discrepancies, interpret remittances, and resolve unidentified cash.
