• Knowledge of Federal, DoD, USAF, and MAJCOM housing and furnishing management principles, theory, policies, directives, and procedures.
• Knowledge of the principles of construction, contract acquisition, and program management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all responsibilities and duties related to Unaccompanied Housing Management.
• Evaluate housing management programs and administrative procedures.
• Manage day-to-day operations of permanent-party UH facilities.
• Determine eligibility, assign and terminate members, and maintain waiting list.
• Schedule and perform inspections.
• Develops budget and executes program.
• Works with unit commanders, chiefs, squadron superintendents, and first sergeants to execute and supervise the Bay Orderly Program.
