Qualifications

• Knowledge of housing property management principles, concepts, and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Federal, DoD, USAF, and MAJCOM housing and furnishings management principles, theory, policies, directives, and procedures.
• Knowledge of construction, contract acquisition, and program management.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between property management, residents, base leadership, and project owner.
• Conduct operational assessments and property inspections.
• Analyze budgets, utility allowances, and reinvestment accounts.
