Commander, Navy Installations Command is seeking a Complex Manager for Unaccompanied Housing at Naval Construction Battalion Center Gulfport, MS. The role oversees multiple UH buildings, manages staff, and coordinates with tenant commands to ensure housing standards are met.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inspections, inventory management, and quality control of furnishings and equipment, with duties requiring flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide oversight of multiple Unaccompanied Housing (UH) buildings.
• Review, edit and approve time and attendance in KRONOS for subordinates.
• Supervise the building managers assigned to the complex, including prioritizing, training, assigning, and evaluating performance of their duties.
• Plan and schedule ongoing production oriented work for building managers on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Facilitate the new resident orientation brief utilizing the UH Operation Manual.
• Review building reports and determine potential resident liability for property damage.
• Act as liaison between UH staff and tenant commands regarding resident concerns.
• Track and validate trouble calls and work orders, conduct quality checks on completed work, and monitor progress or issues.
• Ensure all rooms are inspected and results posted in the eMH system; conduct inventory management and budget input; perform quality control evaluations of FF&E.
