• In close coordination with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders, designs, develops, implements and evaluates the Umoja training programme and assigned training projects.
• Analyzes and executes the Umoja training plans to ensure that they are consistent with the overall organization's goals, policies on staff development and effective provision of operational services, and the respective mandates.
• Develops e-learning content/instructional material in close cooperation with the Umoja Training team and SMEs.
