Job summary

KBR is seeking an experienced UMCS Program Manager to oversee the Utility Monitoring and Controls Systems portfolio. You will have full authority on contract matters related to daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, cost control, safety, and staff management.

You will align with strategic goals and lead multiple projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to travel ~25% to support program delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or business with 12+ years in UMCS/ESS/SCADA tech field.
• Experience managing over 20 employees.
• Secret clearance or ability to obtain within six months.
• U.S. citizenship required due to customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily tactical activities with customer focal points.
• Develop customer relationships and ensure satisfaction across programs.
• Develop and execute corrective action plans when necessary.
• Apply operational excellence practices across contract requirements and initiatives.
• Supervise direct-report employees.
• Coordinate with project/program managers, develop and track KPIs, analyze variances, and develop recovery plans.
