Job summary

KBR’s Missile, Aviation, and Ground Systems (MAGS) division seeks a Program Manager to lead a nationwide C-UAS Mobile Training Team program. You will oversee training operations, instructor workforce, curriculum development, QA, contract compliance, and high-level customer relations across CONUS and OCONUS locations.

You will serve as the primary interface with Government customers and CORs, ensuring readiness, deployment of instructors, and scalable resources to meet evolving mission

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in DoD/military/federal training program mgmt.
• Active SECRET clearance; ability to maintain it.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Direct all C-UAS Mobile Training Team operations.
• Interface with Government leadership, CORs, and commands.
• Develop and execute strategic plans; manage budgets and staffing.
• Oversee POIs, lesson plans, and training materials.
• Lead program reviews and executive reporting.
