Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform ultrasound and vascular exams at Swedish Hospital, Chicago. The role requires handling ultrasound equipment, proper patient positioning, and collaboration with radiologists.

The position offers full-time or part-time hours (Mon-Fri, 12pm-8:30pm) with a sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay, plus incentive programs and growth opportunities within our multisite health system.

Qualifications

• Education: High School required and completion of an ultrasound program.
• Certification: ARDMS Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) and BLS.
• Skills: ability to operate ultrasound/vascular equipment and position patients; work without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound exams.
• Performs vascular exams.
• Explain exams to patients.
• Assist radiologist with biopsies and vascular exams.
• Maintain room and equipment; ensure PACS usage.
• Handle clerical duties and patient transport as needed.
