Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist Senior for Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. The role requires performing ultrasound imaging and patient education, with advanced techniques and possible biopsies. It is a full-time, 36-hour week position with three 12-hour overnight shifts (Thu-Fri-Sat, 7pm-7am).

Qualified candidates will have ARRT/ARDMS credentials, RDMS registrations, CPR/BLS certification, and 2+ years of experience. Competitive pay and sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
• ARRT (S) or ARDMS certification.
• RDMS (OB or AB), RT(S), RT (VS), RVT, or RVS registrations.

Responsibilities

• Produce two-dimensional ultrasound images of organs for radiologists.
• Explain procedures to patients to reduce anxiety and promote trust.
• Perform advanced ultrasound procedures and biopsies as needed (FNA, thyroid, liver, breast).
• Register in multiple registries (3 or more) and perform specialized procedures.
