Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a CT Technologist II for the Swedish Hospital location in Chicago. This full-time/-part-time position involves performing CT exams, preparing patients, and submitting images to radiologists promptly, with a focus on quality and patient comfort.

Requirements include a certification or associate degree in Radiology, CPR and Advanced CT Certification, and 5+ years of CT experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Certification or Associate’s degree in Radiology from an accredited program.
• CPR Certification required; Advanced CT Certification required.
• Experience: CT Technologist experience – at least 5 years preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT exams for diagnosis and treatment according to departmental standards, policies and procedures.
• Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort.
• Complete all paperwork and submit images to a radiologist in a timely manner.
• Review CTs to ensure optimum quality.
