Job summary

MountainView Hospital is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist (PRN) to perform ultrasonic imaging across OB/GYN, abdomen, neurosonology, or peripheral vascular areas. You will support the radiology team by assisting during biopsies and handling patient-centered tasks.

Qualifications include AMA-approved training, ARRT/ARDMS registry eligibility, and a current BLS certificate. MountainView offers a broad benefits package and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• As required: formal radiologic training in an AMA approved school.
• Registration or registry eligible within 12 months (ARRT/ARDMS).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform Ultrasonic imaging in OB/GYN, Abdomen, Neurosonology, or Peripheral Vascular.
• Assist Radiologist during biopsies and handle non-technical radiology duties as needed.
• Maintain high-quality ultrasound examinations and patient care.

Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Ultrasound Technologist, you will perform Ultrasonic imaging and related procedures in one of the following areas: OB/GYN, Abdomen, Neurosonology, or Peripheral Vascular. If that is you, come be a part of what makes us great

• You will obtain information about internal organs, fluid accumulations, disease diagnosis, study of malfunction of organs, and prenatal examination of fetuses and placenta, amongst others
• You will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures with knowledge of all pertinent technical and academic areas to produce consistently high-quality ultrasound examinations
• You will assist the Radiologist during biopsies and assume responsibilities for non-technical duties of Radiology when available, such as clerical, transportation, and reception

Qualifications:

• Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic training in an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology or approved school of Ultrasound.
• Registered or registry eligible for no more than twelve (12) months in one (1) of the following: A.R.R.T. or A.R.D.M.S
• Current CPR certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS)
