Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Sonographer for the Imaging Department in Festus, MO. You will operate ultrasound equipment and ensure high-quality images to support patient diagnoses and treatment plans.

Responsibilities include maintaining patient safety, communicating with patients and clinicians, and collaborating within a fast-paced team to deliver outstanding imaging services. ARDMS/ARRT/CCI certifications and BLS are preferred, with licensure dependent on state requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Sonography with required clinical hours.
• 1 year of relevant Sonography experience.
• Licensure may be required by state; ARDMS/ARRT/CCI certifications and BLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound imaging equipment and software to assist in diagnosis and treatment.
• Maintain high-quality imaging standards and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to provide optimal care.
