Job summary

Providence Health & Services is looking for an Ultrasound Technologist for the Medford Medical Center to perform ultrasound examinations based on physicians’ orders while addressing individual patient needs. This per diem position offers a pay range of $43.64 - $67.74 per hour, with additional compensation possibilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound examinations according to physicians' orders using sophisticated ultrasound equipment
• Takes into account individual patient's special or age-related needs

Education

Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement

Board eligible for certification at American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography

Oregon Sonographer or Oregon Sonographer Temporary upon hire

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography within 6 months of hire

New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire
