Providence Medford Medical Center in Medford, OR is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for a Per-Diem/Day shift. The role involves performing ultrasound exams per physician orders, using advanced equipment, and accommodating patient-specific needs.

Requirements include ARDMS eligibility, Oregon Sonographer licensure (or temporary), and BLS certification; new graduates must obtain ARDMS within 6 months and OBMI temporary license with eventual permanent licensure.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirements.
• Board eligible for ARDMS certification.
• Upon hire: Oregon Sonographer or Oregon Sonographer Temporary license.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Within 6 months of hire: ARDMS certification.
• New graduates must be board eligible and obtain ARDMS within 6 months of hire.
• New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.

Required Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Board eligible for certification at American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• Upon hire: Oregon Sonographer or
• Upon hire: Oregon Sonographer Temporary.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• Upon hire: New graduates must be board eligible and obtain certification (ARDMS) within 6 months of hire.
• Upon hire: New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years Clinical experience in diagnostic ultrasound.
• 2 years OBGYN sonography experience for 612-71875, 612-71877, 612-71878, 612-71882, 612-71883, 612-71884.
