RadNet, Inc. is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to deliver high-quality ultrasound examinations in a patient-focused radiology setting. You will work with radiologists to perform scans, ensure patient safety, and maintain accurate imaging records.

The role requires completion of an Ultrasound Technologist program with diploma, SPI exam or ARDMS eligibility, and current BLS certification. Join a dedicated team at RadNet centers offering comprehensive patient care and imaging services.

Qualifications

• Completed Ultrasound Technologist program with diploma.
• Passed SPI exam or ARDMS eligible.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality ultrasound procedures per department policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures.
• Understand ultrasound data generation and operation of instruments to display/store acoustic information.
• Monitor patient well-being during exams and respond to discomfort or medical issues.
• Safeguard patient information and property in line with company policies.
• Safeguard medications on-site per policy and legal requirements.
• Demonstrate professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during interactions.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with staff and patients.
