Job summary

RadNet, Inc. in California is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound exams and deliver high-quality imaging. You will work closely with radiologists to ensure accurate, timely results and uphold the highest standards of patient safety.

You will participate in ultrasound-guided procedures, maintain equipment and patient records, and provide compassionate care in a fast-paced clinical setting at RadNet imaging centers.

Qualifications

• Completed Ultrasound Technologist diploma program.
• SPI exam passed.
• ARDMS certifications or registry eligible preferred.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality ultrasound procedures per department policy and regulatory requirements.
• Assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures.
• Understand the methods used to generate ultrasound data and the operation of instruments.
• Monitor patient well-being and respond to discomfort or medical issues.
• Safeguard patient information and on-site medications per policy and legal requirements.
• Demonstrate professional behavior toward patients and coworkers, respecting boundaries.
