Job summary

Axia Women's Health in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Part-Time Ultrasound Technologist for the OBGYN specialty. The candidate must hold ARDMS OB/GYN certification and may have prior OB sonography experience.

You will perform ultrasound exams, interact with physicians and patients, and ensure high-quality care. This is an on-site role with Wednesday and alternating Friday shifts, offering a supportive team and benefits.

Qualifications

• ARDMS OB/GYN certification is required.
• On-site availability for Part-Time shifts.
• OB/GYN ultrasound experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with physicians and staff to provide safe, efficient care.
• Explains procedures to ensure cooperation and optimal results.
• Positions patients, selects transducers and machine settings.
• Conducts scanning procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Part Time Hours will be every Wednesday and alternating Fridays 8 am - 5 pm, 8-16 per week

CandidatemustbecertifiedwithARDMSinOB/GYNUltrasound.PreviousprofessionalOBsonographyexperiencehighlypreferred.

TheUltrasoundTechnologistprovidesultrasounddiagnosticservicesasdirectedbyphysicians.Servicestoincludescheduling,patientcareduringtheprocedure,andcommunicationwithpatients.
