Labette Health in Parsons, Kansas is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures in accordance with physician orders and protocols. The role offers new grads welcome and a full-time schedule with no call or weekends.

You will collaborate with radiologists, maintain equipment, and document in EMR systems while prioritizing patient safety and patient comfort. ARDMS RVT or ARRT Sonography certification and current BLS are required; sign-on bonus or tuition

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
• ARDMS RVT certification or ARRT Sonography certification required; OB/GYN, Abdomen, etc. a plus.
• Current BLS certification.
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Perform a variety of ultrasound procedures including abdominal, obstetric, vascular, and small parts.
• Ensure high-quality imaging while prioritizing patient comfort and safety.
• Review physician orders and patient history prior to exams.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other medical staff to ensure accurate diagnosis.
• Maintain equipment and follow infection control procedures.
• Accurately document procedures and record in EMR systems.
