AMI has an exciting opportunity available for Ultrasound School Graduates & New Technologists! Our New Graduate Training Program provides comprehensive, hands-on scanning experience across multiple specialties, including:

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be able to:

• Perform requested ultrasonographic exams following established policies and schedules;
• Review patient requests for diagnostic procedures and clinical history;
• Instruct patients regarding procedures while respecting privacy;
• Maintain ultrasound equipment in excellent operational condition according to Quality Control procedures;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This full-time position (40 hours/week) primarily involves day shifts, with evenings and rotating weekends. Schedules may include five 8-hour days or four 12-hour and two 8-hour shifts. Coverage will be provided at our offices in Mullica Hill, Woolwich, and Sicklerville, with some coverage in Somerdale and Deptford. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program
• ARDMS certification with at least one registry prior to start
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross prior to employment
• Knowledge of ultrasound procedures including Venous Insufficiencies, Arterial Duplex, PVR/Segmental/ABI, Pre-op Vein Mapping, Dialysis access evaluation, and Abdominal duplex exams
• Experience with ultrasound systems during clinical rotations
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to produce high-quality images and documentation accurately
• Professionalism, teamwork, and high standards
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
