Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; accredited ultrasound program preferred.
• ARDMS registered within 1 year of hire or 2 years from graduation date, whichever is later. BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Six months to one year clinical experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing task frequently and quickly. Must be willing to learn vascular ultrasound.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasonography procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
• Demonstrate independent judgment in acquiring diagnostic images and ensuring patient safety.
